Field of application

Efficient drying requires uniform bulk material on the belt dryer. To achieve this, continuous feeding and uniform bulk material distribution are essential.
We offer various systems for feeding and distributing your bulk material on the belt. Which system is used for which application depends on the process and product

Systems:

Box or bunker feeder

Box or hopper feeders are used where discontinuous products have to be fed onto a continuously operating belt or contact belt dryer. Typical products are pastes, filter cakes, stove products and stable extrudates.

Swivel hinge

Pivoting belts are used to distribute bulk materials and stable granulates directly onto the belt dryer.
Product is distributed evenly across the entire belt width with a conveyor belt in a pivoting movement.
The combination of pivoting speed, conveyor speed of the pivoting belt and the dryer belt results in a uniform bulk material.

Application:

Vibrating channel

For distributing stable bulk materials across the dryer belt. Vibrating channels are used in belt dryers and contact belt dryers. They produce an evenly distributed layer. Agglomerates can be broken up in parallel/at the infeed via a shredder or removed by an upstream sieve.

Application:

Distribution screw

For feeding and distributing stable bulk goods.
Spreading and leveling auger for leveling and distributing an already fed bulk material.

Feeding screw

for feeding the product onto the dryer belt with simultaneous even distribution

Circulating screw

for feeding the product onto the dryer belt with simultaneous even distribution and compensation of uneven product feed.

Applications

Purely mechanical weirs in plow form or driven distribution arms for even distribution of stable bulk materials.
